I am not a professional cook, but i love cooking anything that awakens imagination, i am passionated about food and different flavors, create my own recipes and experiment with different ones.
I cook for friends and family for many reasons, but mostly for love.

Hey everyone!
My name is Ethan P. and I live in Boston, MA. I'm 11 years old and I've always loved to cook. For all the chefs on Rouxbe, who live in Canada, I know how you feel! It's cold here too! I started cooking when I was 8 and since then have loved to watch the Food Network, and just this year met Iron Chef, Bobby Flay! That was an experience to remember. I'll always enjoy cooking and I hope that one day, in the near future, I join the elite, who can say they went to Le Cordon Bleu.
Keep Cooking everyone!
Ethan

Growing up on a ranch in Northern California and surrounded by Italian relatives, I didn't have a chance, cooking is in my blood. We grew and raised and made a lot of what we ate and the rest came from other farmers and ranchers in the area. Then hunting and fishing, in the Sierra Nevada, The Coastal Range and the Sonoma and Mendocino coast rounded out what we did and what we cooked. Oh Ya, and a lot of hard work on the ranch. What could be better!

because i can't afford to eat out as much as i would like, i am slowly teaching myself how to cook the dishes i have only been able to enjoy vicariously at a distance.
and when i am feeling particularly proud of myself and the sun is blessing me with it's camera-loving rays, i'll take a picture of my dish for posterity's sake, so that i may drool at it at a later date.

Cooking is a pleasure that you share with the ones you love, in every recipe you add a little bit of your personality, a little bit of yourself.
I am not a pro, but when cooking I enter into another world, like the little Remy of Ratatouile I concentrate in flavours, measurements, colours and then comes the artistic work of arranging the food on the plates and choosing the right tablecloth and flowers.
I enjoy sharing recipes with you!
