In this section, Rouxbe showcases professional chefs, apprentices and other cooks that have shared their recipes, ideas and expertise.
I am a red seal chef and holistic nutritionist from Montreal. I love to make delicious food for people and educate them on why it is important to eat more of a whole foods based diet.
I have cooked for many people with specific health problems such as, cancer, autism and celiac disease.
I have had the opportunity to be a personal chef in L.A for a celebrity and her autistic son. I also lived in Mexico with my husband and taught myself authentic Mexican dishes with a healthy twist.
Presently I have weekly clients that I cook for and I teach many educational cooking classes. My cookeatlove.ca website is all about living a whole foods lifestyle with balance.
Food is simple and so is life if you take the time to enjoy it.

Cooking is a pleasure that you share with the ones you love, in every recipe you add a little bit of your personality, a little bit of yourself.
I am not a pro, but when cooking I enter into another world, like the little Remy of Ratatouile I concentrate in flavours, measurements, colours and then comes the artistic work of arranging the food on the plates and choosing the right tablecloth and flowers.
I enjoy sharing recipes with you!

From a very young age I've always loved to cook. I enjoy watching the faces and hearing the comments from friends and family when I've prepared something special for them....lots of fun and rewarding too!

Many years ago my wife said, "you can cook, or you can clean" so I said cook, and then took after it with a strong passion. The first seven years we were marries I tried hard not to cook the same dish twice. We covered all cuisines and styles of cooking on the journey.

I love to cook. There is nothing better than sharing food with family and friends. Now, the food is actually palatable. Thank you Rouxbe, I'm learning.

My ex-chef husband pulled me (not unwillingly) deep into the heart of the food world while we were dating, I think as an effort to woo me via risotto (it obviously worked). Now I'm entrenched and not budging. My one year old is being dragged (also not unwillingly) into the same world, and it is a joy to watch him eat with such enthusiasm and without reserve. My passion is real, true food - avoiding synthetic and processed foods as much as possible, and exploring local, natural, and sustainable ways of eating. I have a slightly unnatural obsession with lemons, what I think to be a rather healthy love of cheddar cheese, and tend to emit missives of love while eating caramelized plantains. Food is more than a hobby or obsession: it's a compulsion.

I followed a dream after 9/11 which brought me to the world of the culinary arts. I've improved a ton since that first day and with the help of Rouxbe I've learned more and more.
