membership payment problem

membership payment problem

paid monthly membership by credit card, was working fine but then got email from rouxbe saying that " appears that we were unable to charge your credit card for your Rouxbe recurring membership. ", my online credit card statement showed transaction to rouxbe, checking again today it now shows 2 x transaction to rouxbe as below:

I'm paid up, but "need to join the cooking school to see this video"?

Not sure what's happening, because I've been joyfulling surfing around the site, but when I got to the video tip on how to French cut green beans, I got the banner over the video that says I have to join the cooking school to be able to view the video.

Is this my years of loathing green beans, and declaiming it loudly to all who would listen, coming back to haunt me? (I'm sorry, beans; you know I love you now, as long as you're fresh and not frozen or canned.)

Not a crisis, but an oddity. Thanks for your help!
