Series of Lessons on Plating?
Just a suggestion... I'd love to see a series of videos and discussion on plating design and execution. I enjoyed the seafood tower video but would like to see some time spent discussing approaches to plating various ingredients.
There's not really much out there on this in terms of books, YouTube etc... (well, that's good anyway). I'm sure you guys would do a great job of this. There's kind of unlimited scope with this one so would understand you'd have to keep it relatively brief.
