Hi,

At first, I must say that I find very well done this website. I subscribed to 1 month subscription. However, it does not seem to have more advantage to being a premium member. I compared a lot and I found no difference.

Thanks for your feedback.

The main difference with Premium Paid Membership, is that you have access to the entire cooking school (http://rouxbe.com/cooking-school). Here we have just under 500 instructional videos that are not available to basic membership.

Hi Joe,

Apparently, the section that you talking about is accessible for everyone. Currently, I'm at work and my co-workers have access to this section without premium membership. Also, you can try yourself by accessing the section without logging in. :)

Just to let you know that it looks fixed. We can't access now to the "non-free" videos without premium membership.
