Lemon-Garlic Chicken

This recipe was wonderful and so juicy. I've not steamed meats before, just vegetables. What difference steaming makes, I'm hooked!!!!

Never thought about steaming chicken breast. Really good. Added a little sweet, spicy chilli paste on top before steaming instead of flakes and this worked great. Great way to cook chicken breast.
