Completely addictive, roasted and crunchy, candied-almonds.

This was a fantastic tasting recipe! I just made it and added it to a wild greens salad, with red grapes and a simple oil and vinegar dressing. I cut the granulated sugar amount down to 2 tbsp and added some loose maple sugar that I bought when I was in Quebec! delish!!
