Tried this tonight with great friends. AMAZING. Everybody loved it. I have to print the recipe for them now.... I just did the mushrooms and tossed it into some greens; nothing else and it was fabulous. What a great find; thanks so much for sharing.

Re: My Favorite Vinaigrette

The vinaigrette for this salad is so good that I literally dream about it sometimes. It is so good in fact, that I often double or triple the recipe so I can use it throughout the week. I am so happy that I have some in my refrigerator right now :-)
