Should the breasts be flattened, store bought or not; writing not clear. I didn't, but would next time.
Seasoned flour,with fresh or dried herbs? I used fresh, still not sure. Looked great.
Seasoned breadcrumbs,with what? It doesn't specify I used poultry seasoning and dried oregano.
I used Panko breadcrumbs. [Worked well]. I enjoyed the cheese combination.
The dish turned out great!

Menu; Caesar salad [fresh and homemade], Gnocchi [fresh, but store bought] with your butter and sage sauce and your Chicken parmesan recipe.
Wine; Barberesco

This is the first recipe of yours that we've tried. What a good start.

I had a few moments of confusion reading the recipe, but it turned out. It both looked and tasted great. 90+
