Really Good

Moist and flavorful...with chocolate added :-)

With or without the added chocolate, this was very good. The whole loaf is now gone!

Banana Bread

What is the cup measurements for 400g of mashed bananas and 100g
of melted butter.

Measurement Equivalents

400g of mashed bananas is equivalent to about 3 large bananas (don't forget - very ripe). And 100g of butter is equivalent to just under a quarter of a pound or just under 1/2 a cup (1/2 cup less 1 tablespoon).

Good luck.

Re: Floured Pan

Any excess flour can affect the final presentation. It may just be that you did not spread the butter out evenly. Just make sure to tap out the pan well.

Missing Ingredients: starts with "C"

I have made this amazing banana bread recipe almost half a dozen times now, utilizing various combinations of walnuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, peacans and just plain, but despite looking over and over and over again at the list of ingredients on the text copy in the left hand margin, I do not see the cinnamon called for when one is to mix the ingredients all together before adding it to the pan. Or I am losing my mind (which may very well be the case). I did so tonight with a good shake or two (I didn't measure) and await the results...I hope the cinnamon is supposed to be there. Is there an amount that should be listed in the ingredient tally?
