Thanks Divina, this was really delicious.

Very authentic in flavour. I used jumbo shrimp (16-20 per lb) and they were a little big. One size smaller would be perfect.

Next time I'll add a little tapioca slurry to thicken up the sauce but this is a personal preference.

Please post more of these simple but delicious stir frys :)
