A Good Dessert.

Very moist and good. I like it with avocado ice cream. I love zucchini! I love chocolate also. Great combination!

Oil?

Does the canola/vegetable oil go into the bread or is it used to grease? It's included in the ingredient list but not in the instructions. I've made it twice, once with the oil and once without, and it hasn't been that noticeable. Both times, very tasty!

Ooops....I seems as though it was missing from the method. It is meant to be added at the same time as the eggs, sour cream etc. It just adds a bit more moisture to the cake. Thanks for catching that. Cheers!
