Veal Paprikash Recipe.?
Does anyone have a Paprikash recipe? It just started to snow here the Northeast and I would love to make it!

You should really just go make your own. You can use Google to get a good starting point. Wikipedia lists onions, butter, sweet paprika, green peppers, tomatos, clove garlic, flour, dill, and sour cream as ingredents. Beyond that it's a stew or a braise.
One of my funnest experiences since joining Rouxbe was having a delicious meal at an indian resturant and then going home and experimenting until I was able to reproduce it at home. It took 3 or 4 attempts, but now I think mine is even better than it's inspiration.
Learning to cook is not about being able to follow a recipe. It's about having the fundimentals and techniques so you can make delcious food without a recipe. If you haven't yet, I'd start with the combination cooking methods lessons including the braising and stew lessons. The sauce seems to be a roux based sauce with lots of paprika, so do the roux sauce lessons too.
Go, experiment, have fun. You'll find that you'll learn far more and have much more fun doing it yourself instead of following someone else's recipe.
