how do we search for items we've seen as a practice recipe?

I'm experiencing frustration in how to search for what I've seen before when I've clicked through various links when trying to learn how to make gravy and short stock. I saw a practice lesson about brining and roasting a chicken prior to doing a turkey. Somehow I can't get back to that information. I believe it was Joe who had the link in one of his answers to someone who was experiencing some difficulty with either gravy or turkey. I am not skilled enough to know what the key words are as the ones I use don't turn up what I saw before. I'm sure it makes sense to the one posting but I can't seem to replicate the tech path. Thanks for any help!

RE: How to Search for Practice Recipes

If you know the particular lesson then you can simply go to it and then click on the tab that says "Practice Recipes". If you can't remember that then you could try just typing in key words like "chicken", "brining", "stock" and then click on the tab (that's the 3rd tab in) that says "Cooking School Lessons. That will show all of the possible related lessons. The first tab will show all of the possible recipes that are available on the site.

If you are still having trouble. Let me know which recipes you are looking for and I will find them for you. Hope that helps. Cheers!
