Any Saturday night dinner parties happening? What's on the menu?

No dinner party but eating well just the same. My husband is roasting a brined chicken tonight and just asked for the computer to review the trussing drill down:) He is also making mashed potatoes with gravy, roasted parsnips, asparagus and carrots. My turn to cook tomorrow night and I am making butternut squash risotto and pan fried veal chops with a green vegetable. We always have a salad to start as well. What's on your menu Joe?

Hope you don't mind Liz, but I will answer for Joe as he has gone to get ice. We are having some friends over (actually it's now about 15 people) for appy's and drinks, so on the menu tonight is Pork Tapas, Green Beans with Cambazola and Pinenuts, Tortilla de Patatas and a plater of Oven Roasted Peppers, Proscuitto, Warm Olives, Roasted Garlic etc etc. And for drinks we are having Joe's famous Lemon Martinis.

Hi! I just joined. I just finished making, actually, a peach bbq glazed tilapia (thanks paula deen :-D) with roasted brussel sproats. it was good!
