French Cookbooks

I would like recommendations for French cookbooks. I have the 2 volumes. of Julia, Paul Bocuse, etc. Any others?

I love my copy of Larousse-Traditional French Cooking. I've had it for years and love it. It really covers almost everything. I find though, I don't go to it as much as I used to, since I joined Rouxbe.

Try Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons here in UK. He is a two star Michelin (20+ years) and has a number of books out that are both French classical and more modern dishes - fail proof.

I now have the following French cookbooks:
Georges Perrier - Le Bec Fin Recipes
Bocuses Regional French Cooking
Le Cordon Bleu at Home
The Cuisine of the Sun by Mireille Johnston
Saveur Cooks
and of course the 2 volume set of Julia Childs

I have others but I do not think they are as good as these.
