Just discovered a cool searching funciton on Rouxbe
I always end up with way too many fresh herbs left over and they go to waste. So I just searched Thyme and it pulled up a ton of recipes!

Just discovered a cool searching funciton on Rouxbe
Search....
I needed boneless chicken breasts with skin for a recipe. Boneless chicken breasts are only sold without the skin (unfortunately I have no butcher nearby). I bought the breasts with the bone and decided I would debone them (and would use the bones for chicken stock which I recently learned to make). Figured I could make my way through deboning but wished for some guidance. I then thought about Rouxbe and in the search box I typed 'how do you debone a chicken breast' and, low and behold up comes a video that demonstrated beautifully what to do. Thank you, thank you! By the way the recipe was fabulous. 'Grilled Chicken and Peaches with Chipotle-Peach Dressing'. I found it in the July issue of Bon Appetit magazine.
