All in good time. That's the great thing about cooking. The amount of cuisines and techniques that we can teach will never end, so the school will keep going and going. Have to start with the basics first so everyone can perfect walking before they start running. Our hope is that people get so good by practicing, they can do all of the techniques with their eyes closed.
In the mean time, we do have a step-by-step video recipe for ice cream on Rouxbe, which essentially shows the steps of how to make a French-style ice cream. :) Cheers!
