Recipe Please -
I'm looking for a recipe to make pasta with walnuts, arugula and cambazola. Anyone out there? Also, what kind of pasta would work best with these ingredients?

Not sure exactly what you had in mind for this recipe Pat. Where you envisioning a pasta with pieces of walnut, some wilted arugula throughout and some creamy cheese melted in? Or where you thinking of a pasta with a walnut-arugula-type pesto in it?
Either way it shouldn't be hard to create. You can either follow the aglio pasta on Rouxbe or the maybe something like the Mediterranean pasta...at the end just fold in either the pesto or if you want the chunkier pasta then you can just throw in some toasted chopped up walnuts and then some arugula. Once the arugula cooks down and starts to wilt then fold in some gorgonzola cheese (enough to suit your taste). Let the cheese melt a bit, taste for seasoning and you should be good to go. It may take a few times to experiment with the ratios but I am sure it will be delicious.
As for the type of pasta anything would really work...spaghetti, penne, pappardelle etc.
Good luck - cheers!
