Before roasting chicken, it is ___not___ recommended to liberally season the cavity and the outside of the bird with salt and pepper.
Didn't catch the "not". Bummer. Now I have to hang my head in shame 'cause I got 91%. Just tell me, are you pulling this kind of tricks to advice people to read thoroughly? Or is that just an awkward way of asking?
