I'm an avid wanna-be home cook, always wishing I had more time to spend cooking.
I think it would be great to have a lesson on the general principles one should consider when trying to put together a menu-on a simple and complex scale. It's all a mystery to me how this happens. I know when I see a recipe I want to try in isolation...but how to put them all together for a great meal??
On a related note, how to plan your time so that the food all comes together at the same time...this came to mind while checking out the Thanksgiving dinner video.
