Batter left at room temp for 4.5 hours?

Hey all,

So I made some potato/zucchini pancakes but I forgot to put the remaining (quite a bit) batter in the fridge so it sat out for 4.5 hours. There are three eggs in the batter. Is it still good?

Here's a saying we learned long ago: "When in doubt, throw it out". We wouldn't risk it with eggs.
