Culinary Dictionary
I've started maintaining a document of terms with everything from the French terms for techniques to derivative sauces. It is a bit of an effort as new terms are introduced--even though the "pop out" topics are nice, you can't select them with the mouse to copy the definitions. It would be really helpful if you had an online dictionary--perhaps with links to pop outs or relevant lessons--that we could have access to. If you really wanted to make me excited, you could include pronunciation guides for the French terms so I don't have to write things like: (meez awn plas). :)
