I was a little skeptical at first after realizing that the sauce only had 3 ingredients, but after trying it I didnt even miss the garlic and ginger which most recipes call for. In retrospect I think they would have overpowered the salmon. This was a very easy and tasty sauce. If you simmer longer you can make a glaze as well. Yum!!!
