Swedish meatballs
We made these this evening and the family was blown away!
Sadly, my only previous experience with Swedish meatballs may have involved a certain Swedish furniture store.
I substituted berry jam for the lingonberry preserves and pickle relish for pickle juice, but everyone, including the toddler, loved them.
