I'm throwing a bachelors party for one of my friends and have a need to produce a lot of steaks. Does anyone know a good supplier for purchasing whole beef tenderloins etc. in Vancouver?

Costco is pretty good. No kidding. It's not the very best meat in Vancouver, but it's pretty darn good (well above average at a great price). They are wet aged so portion them and then air dry overnight before cooking. See prepping steaks lesson in the cooking school.

One of our favorite meat supplier is Armondo's on Granville Island and if you can afford it, he has very high quality, well-aged meat. Incredible.
