When can we expect new lessons? I love this site but have just one complaint. The new lessons don't come fast enough!! I have done most of the lessons and would just love more. I am sure I am not alone. Thanks

These lessons take time to write, test, pre-produce, shoot, edit and finally make sure that they are the best we can do. They are coming (in fact one is coming out today). Thanks for your patience.

Thanks Dawn. they are just so good we can't get enough of them! I have cooked for 25 years and thought I knew something about it, but I have learnt sooooo much! Thanks again. Will look forward to new lesson today. Pauline
