Kind of Wdding Menu

Hello Chalina, I believe everyone associated with Rouxbe is welcome. Wedding Menu, terrific, especially if it is your! I've found that most wedding menus go hand-in-hand with the region where you live and the background of the bride and groom. Also, keep it simple. Finally, what is it that the two family would enjoy.

A simple menu could start with a soup, move to a main dish, followed by the weddding cake, i.e. Italian wedding soup, roast beef with herb roasted potato fingerlings, green beans and salad, finishing with the wedding cake.

I hope this helps you.

Re: Kind of Wedding Menu

Great feedback and advice Terry...and indeed you are correct "everyone associated with Rouxbe is welcome" (glad you feel that way, as this is important to us).

Chalina good luck with the wedding menu. I have to say that that is a tough one to answer on a forum as there are many variables when considering what to serve at a wedding or any other function for that matter. Also, planning the food for a wedding is one of a biggest (and for some most important) elements of the planning.

I think the advice that Terry gave was very good, especially about the region and your backgrounds and from your profile I see that you are from Barcelona Spain, so I know the food will be great! Best of luck.
