Rouxbe for Cook Training

Hi,
I am a Chef Instructor for Stelly's Secondary High School. We have a variety of students from ITA apprentices who are working in the industry and are working towards their Professional Cook 1 certification to students who just want to take a fun class.

I really like the Rouxbe site and want to use it again next year. Watch the Ted Talk video on the Khan Academy and the idea of the paradigm shift in education.

This shift is having students watch the instructional video for homework and then come in to the classroom to practice the necessary skills. This is a great concept. Rouxbe is the platform to do this for culinary arts.
