If you really want to learn how to cook, then you need to practice the concepts taught in this lesson. We've compiled some "edible exercises" along with some supporting recipes that will help reinforce what was taught in this lesson.
The first task is to make a Chicken Broth Soup Base (recipe below) by following the techniques shown in the lesson. Once done, you will have a highly-flavored and delicious soup base to work from. The broth soup base should be delicious enough to eat on its own.
Next, turn the broth base into a meal by adding garniture of your choice (see recipes below for ideas).
