To prepare yourself for the next lesson, your first task is to go to the store and purchase the ingredients to make basic bread. Make sure to choose an unbleached flour with at least 12% protein content (refer to the Drill Down on Determining the Protein Content of Flour for more information). Also purchase some instant yeast (check the expiry date) and a nice sea salt.
