Lesson Description & Goals

An épi is a loaf of bread that has been specifically shaped to represent a stalk of wheat.

In this lesson, we are going to show you how to shape an épi. Though this may look somewhat intimidating, you will be surprised at just how easy it is to create. Not only is an épi a fun way to practice your bread-making skills, it will also make a rather impressive addition to any meal.
