I love good food. I am from a farm country family and was raised on the simple meat and potato diet that is a part of the life style. In my later teen years we moved to a city with a strong ethnic mix of culture. WOW!!! I discovered real food. Discovering all the flavors that have been developed by the various cultures from around the world is truly a lesson in learning to enjoy the people of the world. Would it not be great to find world peace through the food we can all enjoy.
