I've been cooking for many years and hardcore BBQing and grilling for about past ten. Although I do cook indoors, if I can cook it on one of my ceramic charcoal cookers I do. I am looking forward to learning some more formal skills. I am the type of cook that does not follow recipes or if I do it's just as a basis for a beginning. I would love to go to culinary school and become a chef but changing careers at my age would'nt be practical so this seems like the next best thing.
