Grew up with a lot of different kinds of foods, being Jewish we had some traditional eastern european mixed with the staples of Sweden. My mother loves to travel and always introduced us to the cuisine wherever we went or when she came back from a business trip.

Travelling in south-east asia made me realise the wonder that is Pho, or any other kind of noodlesoup. I sometimes make a big pot and have it for breakfast for a week.

I've worked for a couple of years managing student pubs where I live, during which I often cooked for up to 150 people. Can't say it always went that well but at least I've never killed anyone :)
