Hard-core Type-A foody. Been cooking since I was a teenager; a long time ago.
Former Hospitality Industry senior executive among other things.
Retired from the corporate world about six years ago. Now I spend most of my time working on my house, traveling and cooking.
Started working for Sur La Table in both the retail and culinary programs a little over three years ago in Scottsdale, AZ. Transfered to the Sarasota, FL store about a year and a half ago and just transfered to the Palm Beach Gardens store. Unfortunately none of our Florida stores have the culinary program attached so I can't teach for Sur La Table in Florda.
Currently reestablishing myself on the Florida Treasure Coast in the local food circles.
