My name is Robert Lewis and I'm starting culinary school in June. I love cooking, but I have no professional experience (which I hope to soon) so I'm here to learn everything I can from everyone on at the site.

I've loved food all of my life. One of the first memories of food is a recipe that I "created" for a french toast recipe that I wrote in the first grade. My Mother still has that recipe somewhere in our attic! I think I'll put it in my restaurant one day!!
