I've always cooked. I learned canning from my mom & grandma 40+ years ago,and still can all our fruits, jams, jellies, tomato products..... I have worked in a variety of restaurants, had my own catering business, lived overseas, been taking french cooking classes at a French restaurant for the past 11 years, was sales & purchasing manager for a restaurant equipment company for 9 years and now my latest gig is - I'm teaching high school culinary arts program and launching my own knife sharpening business.
