Played sick from school to watch The Galloping Gourmet and Julia Childs. "Snuck" stove time from Mom to bake cookies for me and my friends. Dad travelled the world and introduced ethnic theme nights to our neighnourhood. Mexican, Swedish, French and Cajun.
