I love to cook, I'm not really a fancy cook just a healthy cook with lots of Puerto Rican influence since I grew up there. I love beans, rice, meat and vegs. I also love fish and luckily here in Hawaii we have a great selection. I make 95% of my dishes from scratch, I don't like to purchase foods that are prepared. I take pride in cooking healthy but with lots of flavor.
