Grew up in PA dutch country in the US at my mom's side in the kitchen learning from an early age. Musician, playwright, avid gardener (herbs and vegetables), prof. chef in my past, inveterate host, good friend, irrepressible humour, insatiable sponge, love to cook and eat. :) In a culinary sense I would describe myself as acidulated, dry aged, naturally sweet with a constant deficit of good chocolate.
