I travel quite extensively for my employment as a Technical Consultant. Thus, a real vacation for me is to be at home, practicing and always trying to improve upon my culinary skills. I have been with the Cooking School since January 2010 and though I haven't done my tests as much as I should - I do enjoy the lessons, the forums and the tips that I have learned.
