Hello All!

First, I want to say, I LOVE this site. I am amazed at how beautifully presented the dishes are and at this point I DREAM of preparing food this way. I am a newlywed and eager to learn how to become fantastic at cooking! Thank you to Rouxbe for the sponsored membership. I speak so highly of your site to EVERYONE! Yes, I dream of being a fantastic cook, but I am dreadful. I want to change this! My goal for 2008 is to learn to not follow recipes all the time and gain some skills and ability in creating dishes for my husband and my family :) I also want to learn how to use knives professionally when slicing. Two goals I truely hope to achieve! All the best to you all!
