Greetings all,

My name is Joseph Joel Soza. I am 16 years old and I love cooking! It is my #1 hobby. I especially love to cook foods from ethnic or exotic cuisines. I find that my favorite cuisines are found in an imaginary line beginning at the farthest tip of Morocco ending at the last point of Japan including everything around that line and in between. I also love the social sciences and cultural studies which ties in well with my love for ethnic cuisines. One of my favorite things to do is study a particular ethnic cuisine from a particular region of the world, the culture behind it, and the cultural and/or historical significance behind it, then cook and serve a meal from that cuisine to my family while explaining some of the things that I learned or studied. I am so glad to have found this website as it has truly improved my basic cooking abilities and knowledge and has sparke in me a true passion for art in the kitchen which has only done better for me and my studies. I do not plan to make a career out of cooking but I do plan to make a career out of social sciences. Understanding cuisines of the world (along with how to properly cook with those cuisines) will only make me even better at whatever it is I do. I hope and pray for what the future has in hold for me and this website is making me all the more confident. Thank you Rouxbe for the wonderful education!!!

PS: I cannot afford to have a premium account. I was wondering if there was some way I could have access to some of the wonderful cooking school videos on the website without paying so much money? - Don't worry, I am only joking!!! Again, thanks! I wish you all peace and wellness.
