I stumbled across this site quite be accident a day before my wife and I were hosting a dinner party for eight friends. The already planned menu was discarded and replaced entirely by recipies found on Rouxbe - resulting in a fantastic evening! We have just finished our kitchen remodel and look foward to learning some new skills as well as hopefully meeting some of you in person.
