I am an organic farmer raising flax, camelina, lentils, barley, wheat and soon quinoa. I direct market our farm products at the farmer's market and four local stores. I recently acquired a manufacturing license to raise, cold press, bottle and sell Camelina Oil. It is very high in omega 3's, 6's, and 9's ( an optimal blend ). It also has gamilenilaic acid in it, which helps in the up take of the 3's and 6's. It also has 110% of the vitamin E you need in a day. It is great in baking, salad dressings and pesto.....and so much more! I raise chickens for both eggs and meat (do all my own butchering). I also butcher one buffalo a year and make my own sausage (owned a wild game and sausage company for 15 years). I have raised and canned a lot of the food my family consumes over the years. I love cooking, made my first 7 minute frosting when I was 10. I am excited to find this web site and look forward to learning from every one involved.
