I am so excited to be a part of Rouxbe for many reasons - the videos are first class - I can't wait to learn some interesting techniques by the professionals, but most of all, I'm so impressed with Rouxbe's social concerns for feeding hungry children; that speaks to my heart and spirit.
I'm often that person in a restaurant who wants to figure out all the different spices and cooking methods of the dish - and loves to re-invent the recipe at home. I love cooking for my family and plan to publish a cookbook with the 1000s of recipes I've collected.
