My profile picture always brings a smile to my face. It was taken at a friends BBQ - he had bought some cheap sausages and once they were on the BBQ, it started flaring up due to the high fat content - it proves that you really do get what you pay for.

Anyway, my love for food is forever growing. I definately live to eat and do all the cooking at home. My reasons for joining were because I wanted to become a better cook and instead of going on holiday and doing a cooking course, I'd rather learn at home and save my $$ for more food memories whilst travelling.

So, thank you Rouxbe for all your insightful videos and recipes. It has made me a better cook and it is certainly something that will be a life long journey that I will enjoy for many more years to come.
