Great way to serve mussels, even good for those people who don't love them. Nice mellow flavor with the curry and mango chutney.
Would this sauce work on other fish or chicken?
We found this to be good, but it was not our favorite. The sweet lychees with the duck and tomatoes was just not our thing, but then again we don't like lychees at the best of times.
Made these for dinner the other night and they were very nice. I thought they would be quite spicy, but they were just right. thanks.
i think the vanilla was missing in the ingredients , so i just added 2 teaspoons. i could only find 14oz can of pumpkin puree, so they were a bit dry. cookies are still cookies though, so thanks.
Once the paste is made, the dish is easy to make and really delicious to eat.

i finally made this the other day and everyone loved it. I served it with chicken and the flavors were just great, it was so good that we ate every last bit.
I made this a long time ago and it was really good. I didn't actually have any chicken stock so I had to use veggie. My family thought it was delicious.
