I am 34 years old and it's been around 6 years since I found out I love to cook. Recently I've decided to actualy dedicate time to this passion by joining a Chef de Cuisine course in a local school. Nevertheless, I don't intend to do it professionaly because, honestly, I think it's a bit late to start over a new career, especially considering it would be a radical change from statistics and business management to a professional kitchen. So, I will go on working at the quality management department of a major brazilian food company while having fun in my kitchen, entertaining my husband, my family and my friends.
