I never did Baking until my husband gave me a class in Paris for my birthday, now I even bake the bread!
Being Basque in origins I love any dish and cuisine, Brazilian, Spanish, Thai, French etc...also new age cuisine, like the Mugaritz restaurant. I also love fish and one of my favorites is the squid.
